Shipped super quick. My esee 3 feels like a new knife now and the scales are super grippy and feel 100 percent better. Phenomenal product.
This is my second purchase of this product. I have two S1x’s one for general purpose carry and when I take for rougher use (eg scuba/ salt water exposure, survival- related expeditions including carving batonning fire bow making etc). The factory Thermorun scales detached where the handle screws went as this material is malleable rubbery in nature and easily tour out of the screw indentures. As there were no aftermarket scales, I was forced to cord wrap the handle of this blade which served its function, but also made the factory sheath no longer an option. These handle scales meet all the criteria for strength, durability, non slip grip (they are unpolished linen micarta which is preferable for a better grip). They are not only flush with the back of the handle, but with the factory knife sheath as well. All bases covered.

Perfect fit flush not only with Handle Back but sheath itself. The new Falkniven locking sheath is awesome in simplicity durability and practicality but very poorly accommodates any changes to the knife handle if one wishes to maintain the factory sheath. This is due to a very narrow margin of clearance with the handle slabs and the sheath.The choice of Micarta as a strong and highly durable material for knife slabs which can maintain its strength even when thin was optimal. These linen micarta scales are unpolished - a personal preference of mine as this adds to a non slip grip even when wet. Excellent material nice aesthetics and presently the only aftermarket alternative for the S1X.

Absolute perfection. From grip to slight palm swell, to more than slight pinky swell, to construction and materials. Anyone who actually uses a knife as intended and working with it will not find better scales. And i have looked extensively before landing here.
Good quality. Well crafted. This is my 2nd time purchasing from seller, will continue to make purchases when needed. Item as described.
Far exceeded expectations. Design grips without roughness. Middle palm swell is slightly higher with same low valleys to the side giving extra control for small work. The bottom pinky swell is even larger to keep the knife in place while using for fast work. These are made by someone who actually understand how to use a knife. Simply perfection.

These are the best scales, better grip than found in other maker's scales. The blade snaps into the original factory sheath. These are my favorite grippy scales.
